Salesperson ranking and team performance
In Analytics › Salespeople, managers see the team ranking and the monthly goals, and can compare 2 to 4 salespeople side by side. Clicking a name opens that salesperson’s page. Salespeople only see their own page, in My numbers.
The ranking
The ranking is sorted by Meetings held and, on a tie, by Leads received. The columns:
- Leads received: leads assigned to the salesperson that came in during the period.
- First response (median) and (p90): how long the salesperson takes to reply to the first contact. The p90 shows the worst cases: 90% of replies went out within that time.
- SLA breaches: waits that went past the maximum time without a reply.
- Meetings scheduled, Meetings held, No-show rate and Meeting rate (held ÷ leads received).
- Allocated cost: campaign spend split by the salesperson’s share of paid leads, and Cost per meeting.
- Wins, Closing rate (wins ÷ leads received), Revenue and ROI.
Response time and SLA are credited to the lead’s original salesperson. You can choose and save columns just like in the other reports (columns and saved views).
Compare salespeople
Select 2 to 4 salespeople in the ranking and click Compare. The screen shows the Leads received, Meetings held and First response (median) trends, one color per salesperson, and the Metrics side by side table, with the change versus the previous period in each cell.
The salesperson page
Clicking a name opens that salesperson’s page: the monthly goals (individual and team), their position in the period ranking (only managers see it), the Service, Sales and Results cards, the trends, their funnel and the Handled conversations list, with the conversations they replied to in the period.
What salespeople see
Salespeople open My numbers in the menu, which is their page. They see their own numbers and their own and the team’s goals, but not the ranking, their own position, campaigns or alerts. In Handled conversations, another salesperson’s leads show up with a shortened name and phone number.
Example (sample data)
| Salesperson | Leads received | First response (median) | Meetings held | Wins | Revenue |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ana | 42 | 3 min | 14 | 6 | $5,400 |
| Bruno | 40 | 22 min | 8 | 4 | $3,200 |
Both get almost the same number of leads from the rotation. The gap in meetings tracks the gap in response time. The manager opens Bruno’s page, sees his SLA breaches cluster in the afternoon and adjusts the routine.
Didn’t work? See…
- A salesperson disappeared from the ranking: they only show up when they receive leads or reply to conversations in the period.
- Numbers changed after reassigning a lead: the current salesperson is what counts (cohort or event date).
- A salesperson isn’t getting leads: salesperson isn’t getting leads.
