Reports
Choose columns and save views in reports
The Campaigns, UTM and Tracked links tables and the Salespeople ranking have a Columns button to choose and order metrics, and a View menu to save columns, sorting, level, density and filters under a name and reopen them later.
Step by step
Open the column picker
Click Columns. On the left are the columns In the table; on the right, the Available metrics, with search.
Build the table
Add, remove and drag columns (or use Move up and Move down). Restore default takes you back to the start.
Save the view
In the View menu, click Save as…, give it a name and, if you like, check Make it my default or Share with managers.
What a view saves
A saved view keeps the columns and their order, the sorting, the level (in Campaigns), the density and the current filters. Each screen has its own views: a Campaigns view doesn’t show up in UTM.
In Campaigns, the built-in view is called Essentials, and it applies to everyone. When you change something in a view, the menu shows “(unsaved changes)” until you use Save changes or Save as….
Personal default, shared and team default
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Set as my default | The screen opens in this view for you. |
| Share with managers | Other managers see and open the view; only you can change it. |
| Set as team default | Opens for anyone without a personal default on this screen. Only for shared views. |
| Rename… / Delete… | Deleting a shared view removes it from everyone’s list. This can’t be undone. |
Views belong to managers and owners, who are the ones with access to these tables.
Available columns by screen
- Campaigns: media (Spend, Impressions, Reach, Frequency, Clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM), conversations and leads, sales (meetings, no-shows, lost, wins), results (CAC, Revenue, Profit, ROAS, ROI) and website visits.
- UTM: Leads, Paid leads, Meetings scheduled and held, Wins, Revenue, Spend, CPL and the website visit columns.
- Tracked links: Tracked link clicks, Leads, Click → lead, Meetings held, Wins and Revenue.
- Salespeople: Leads received, First response (median and p90), SLA breaches, meetings, No-show rate, Meeting rate, Allocated cost, Cost per meeting, Wins, Closing rate, Revenue and ROI.
You can also resize columns by dragging the edge of the header.
Example (sample data)
Example Co.’s manager creates a view in Campaigns called “Acquisition creatives”: ad level, with the Spend, Link CTR, Conversations started, CPL, Wins and ROAS columns, sorted by ROAS. She shares it with the managers and sets it as the team default. The other manager, who has no personal default, now opens the screen that way.
Didn’t work? See…
- The views menu doesn’t show up: these tables are for managers (managers only).
- “The table needs at least one column”: keep at least one metric selected.
- A column with a lock or “—”: the metric depends on something that isn’t available with the current filter; hover over it to see why.
