Reports
Export the campaign report to CSV
In Analytics › Campaigns, click Export and choose “CSV with one row per…” Account, Campaign, Ad set or Ad. The file comes out with the columns and filters on the screen.
Step by step
Set up the screen
Choose the period, filters and columns in Analytics › Campaigns. The CSV follows exactly what’s on the screen.
Click Export
In the CSV with one row per… menu, choose Account, Campaign, Ad set or Ad.
Open it in a spreadsheet
The download starts in your browser. The file opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets or any other spreadsheet app.
What’s in the file
- The fixed columns Account, Campaign, Ad set, Ad, Status and Currency, followed by the metrics on the screen, in the same order.
- Money amounts in the reporting currency (the Currency column says which). Rates as percentages.
- Separator and decimal mark for your language: in English, commas between columns and a period for decimals.
- With a salesperson or number filter, spend comes out as “Spend (allocated).”
- The file name includes the period, for example
campaigns_2026-09-01_2026-09-30.csv.
Limits
- Reach and Frequency aren’t exported to CSV: they can’t be added up per row.
- Up to 50,000 rows per file. Beyond that the file is cut off and the dashboard warns: “File truncated at 50,000 rows: refine the filters to export everything.”
- Up to 10 downloads per minute per person. Past that: “Too many exports in a row. Wait a minute and try again.”
- Only managers and owners can export. Every export is logged.
Example (sample data)
The agency that handles Example Co. needs to send the month-end report. It picks Last month, the view with Spend, Leads, CPL, Wins, Revenue and ROAS, and exports one row per ad. In the spreadsheet, each row looks like this:
| Account | Campaign | Ad set | Ad | Status | Currency | Spend | Leads | ROAS |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Main account | WhatsApp acquisition | Interests | Testimonial video | Active | USD | 1200.00 | 48 | 4.50 |
Other reports
For now, CSV is only available for the Campaigns report. Overview, UTM and links, Salespeople and Service have no export, and the lead list can’t be exported.
Didn’t work? See…
- “Reach and frequency aren’t exported to CSV: pick another column”: the screen only had those two; add another metric.
- File ending with “# export error”: the export failed partway through; try again.
- Numbers different from the screen: check that the CSV level matches the one you’re looking at and that the filters are the same.
- I don’t see the Export button: managers only (managers only).
