TraceClose plans and limits

Updated

TraceClose has three plans: Essential, Growth and Agency. They differ in the number of users, WhatsApp numbers, ad accounts and organizations, and in whether alerts are included. Leads are unlimited on every plan. Your account’s usage and limits are in Settings › Plan and billing.

“Per organization” or “shared across the account”?

A billing account can have several organizations (separate operations, each with its own funnel, team and numbers). On the Growth plan, limits are shared across the account: the three organizations split the 10 users, 3 numbers and 3 ad accounts. On Agency, each organization gets its own 10 users, 3 numbers and 3 ad accounts.

On the screen, each limit is labeled Per organization or Shared across the account. For shared limits, the bar shows the account total and the “N in this organization” line shows how much the current organization uses.

What counts toward each limit

  • Users: active people in the organization (including those paused in the rotation) and pending invites that are still valid. Deactivated users and expired or revoked invites don’t count.
  • Connected numbers: every WhatsApp number created in Settings › Channels, connected or not.
  • Ad accounts: the accounts selected for syncing in Settings › Integrations.
  • Organizations: the active operations in the billing account.

Example: which plan to choose

Example Co. (fictional data) has 1 manager, 4 salespeople, 2 WhatsApp numbers and 2 ad accounts. That’s 5 users and 2 numbers: more than Essential allows (3 users, 1 number), and comfortably within Growth. An agency with 7 clients, each with its own number and team, belongs on Agency: 5 organizations included and 2 billed separately.

Tracking your usage

In Settings › Plan and billing, the Usage and limits section shows “N of M” for each item, with a warning at 80% of the limit and “Limit reached” at 100%. At both points, the billing contacts, the owner and the managers get an email. What happens when you hit a limit is covered in Plan limit reached.

Didn’t work? See…

  • I don’t see “Plan and billing” in the menu: the screen is only for billing contacts. See Who sees billing.
  • I want to change plans: see How to change plans.
  • I need one more user or number without changing plans: add-ons can’t be bought from the dashboard. Talk to us.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a limit on leads or messages?

No plan has a lead limit. The limits apply to users, WhatsApp numbers, ad accounts and organizations.

Does the Essential plan send sales to Meta?

Yes. Conversion sending is included in all three plans. What Essential doesn’t include is alerts.

I’m an agency. Is each client kept separate?

Yes. On the Agency plan, each client is an organization with its own numbers, funnel, team and reports, under a single bill.
